Hello Harshit, Recently, my cousin had the same issue while applying for a Bahrain eVisa. His passport only had a single name, “Raghav.” With the help of the support team, we entered his full name under Given Name, and for Surname we used his father full name as instructed(given name+surename). The application was accepted, and his eVisa was approved on time. If your passport doesn’t have a surname or family name, you can usually enter your full name in the Given Name field and write your father's full name in the Surname field.
